Leadership is profoundly spiritualiean, it is spiritual. And the thing about leadership is leadership can impact all of the other spiritual gifts soto wheld. I look at jesus, you know, he's obviously all of the everything spiritual we know. He was sinless. He was perfect. He came for the broken. But what did he do? He recruited people that everyone else overlooked. He aned them on kingdom values. He created systems. He delegated. So i find that one of the best ways to honor god is to lead well. The churchs is run too much like a business. Oase o wat.
