Dantraline and Recurdence

Recurdessence is certainly a thing and it's sort of unclear exactly who's likely to recurdess but it's certainly a thing. Some experts recommend not continuing dantraline for 24 hours. Our general sense is that you should. It's not a benign drug if infiltrated it can cause some really nasty skin stuff and it's not cheap and not easy to come by. Hospitals have limited supplies we generally don't recommend dantralne pre-treatment the risk of MH if you have a susceptible patient if you run an anesthetic that's not MH triggering the risk ofMH should be zero.
