How to Make a Django Site Sustainable

Django is a long-term project for me of trying to have some sort of syllabus and hold someone's hand through that instead of googling around where it can feel like endless deep holes. So I think the bits that take that project forward are looking at those benchmarks and do we have the right coverage of the core pieces of Django? Are there any regressions that we've missed in years come by and then also how do we make that project sustainable.
