There is still a lot of stuff out there about burnout that will basically just tell you to meditate every day and take a holiday. I think those of us that are really passionate about doing this are coming at it from a really good place with research evidence understanding learning and all of that stuff that sits behind it. You've got to take what's right for you, even the three things that I've mentioned understand who you are create those boundaries and take time for yourself like if they if there's a gut wrenching thing that says to you you must be kidding that's not it don't go down that route.
