And i'm working on those numbers, and how do i set some kind of bench marks for each acet type? Do not reach to an acet level, but at a high level, on a quarter, folks are supposed touch certain numbers. R also, what's interesting is er, these same numbers are eflected with the distribution teams. So if i am saying that i want to distribute something in this region because I want to get these numbers, the social team or the paid team have the same numbers to achieve. There is no conflict of interest that happens
