Jurors Want to Know Why They're Here
Jurors are not there for relationship. So guess what, they want to know why they're there issue. We have issues we need them to solve. And guess what, letting the jury solve our problems for us solve our issues for us. But in terms of the report building, guess what, jurors want to deal with issues you've heard me talk about before. They're happy because now they understand why they're here and what they need to do. It's a good thing but it can also backfire.
