i would suggest, i nt i you use clothes caption or use subtitles. That's when i started using sub titles. When i start to watch the wire, cause i didn't understand a lot of the lingoin season. Wont id it helped me understand the show. And i mean, ou now i use clothes caption for everything i watch. So try that. It might help. Cause sometimeser, if you know what they're saying, you can understand, like, what' with the plots going on and stuff. True detective, season one arnt above, the most favorite show i've ever watched, hands down. You get eight episodes. Shortest tension span.
