The Impacts of Dark Ships on the Oil Market

About 97 to 98 percent of it is sour, which means that if we have disruptions overseas, we need a replacement. So the refill is going to be all sour simply because all the risks are in sour supplies. I want to move on to another topic, which is dark shipments. All ships at sea have a device called an AIS transponder. Its purpose is not so much to track oil markets, but to stop ships from crashing into each other and sinking in the middle of the night. It's basically allowing a ship to transmit a signal that says, this is who I am and this is where I'm going.
