Is It a Colonialism?
colonialism has been imperfect in every possible way, says Rae. It's interesting when you talk about someone from india having an affection for the empire and writing in defence of it. The only kind of serious thing to look at history is this kind of cynical, narrowly, a negative view of od ofth relationship that existed between colonial power and local peoples. I don't know that you have greater human flourishing if you run the clock back and run then run the neutral experiment.
