The Rise of the Agile Community

The agile community has a lot of tools, but not enough people to pick the right parts for us. I'm starting to see more companies just say, I don't need all of this framework. And it's something I've seen as well through coaching and training that organizations are leaning away from traditional quarterly planning. So they are doing more of the safe PI programming increments where they're doing a six sprints and then their follow up sprint. During that sprint, they really are celebrating folks on new initiatives. That is a very positive change with some of the companies I've been working on.
