You can magine the human or the animal that's hungry or thirsty, it needs energy to go pursue the thing. Every successful species does that even if people don't have children. In general, people re about children because they ar what they represent.

Dr Andrew Huberman is a neuroscientist, Associate Professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine and a podcaster.

The mind and the body are intimately linked.
