I cooked on electric coils right a lot of homes have these electric coils very similar to a hot water kettle. I remember the first time I was told of this Way of cooking with electricity called induction. You can tell me if I'm wrong if there were an induction stove That was just controlled by knobs like a gas stove. We'll get there. No question. But like right now you're gonna like touch a touch screen And it doesn't work and the slider and you can't turn up the heat and you can’t control it like that drives me crazy.
Dave and Chris are first joined by environmental wastewater treatment expert Marylee Santoro to discuss how sewage systems work and what can go wrong. Then, they talk about the recent wave of laws banning gas lines in new buildings, and the benefits and drawbacks of induction cooking, before ranking the best eating cities in the U.S.
