Sign Language Isn't for the Deaf
A lot of them do lip reading as well as sign language. I don't see how that makes a difference. You need to learn English if you're going to lip read. Intenation tone yourself. That's why deaf people can't hear themselves. So it becomes tough to speak. Some people are fully deaf, but some are like blindness where when you hear someone's blind, a lot of blind people have some sort of hearing albeit not great.
