The Importance of Remote Testing in UX

We're going to stop talking so much about UX based on the fact that that is one silo only. And we need to talk about experience probably in a broader sense. We've got to build an umbrella across all of these things to make sure that all these bits work together. Remote testing is interesting in the sense that it's easier to actually contact people and have that you don't have to get them to a specific place to do testing.
