The Importance of Trust in Commodity Trading
Mark Rich started out in the mailroom, sorting post. Two years later he was a fully fledged trader buying tin from Bolivia and selling it all over the world. He would go on to become the undisputed king, world emperor of commodity trading. The Cuban Revolution, Cold War, decolonization and regime change were at their peak around this time. This combined with global economic growth has continued pretty much ever since.
