Scaling as a Silver Bullet Problem?
The five hurdles we need to overcome when we scale something, and how they work across so many different contacts. How did you get from fidelity to those five principles exact? That's a great question. So i actually started with the second assertion of the policy makers, which was basically that scaling as a silver bullet problem. And what i mean by opposite is that it's a weakest link problem. The way i think about theory is it helps me to shine a flashlight in certain regions of the room.
