Silicon Valley Bank used to be what was deemed a globally systemic or whatever the technical term is, much like Credit Suisse also is deemed. The acronym is a G-SIB, it's a globally systemically important bank. They require these things called stress tests. And so if you have a balance sheet as XYZ on it, under current circumstances, it may look fine, but the stress test basically subjects it to a hypothetical whereby the stock market goes down 40% of interest rates,. What happens? Are you still solvent? And bigger banks have to do that.
