Is This Really a Pro Russian Tweed?

Seven per cent of Twitter accounts turned out pro russian tweeds in a suspicious manner. They didn't behave like bots, apart from that, because it wasn't like they would post a series of tweets in order and being very predictable with what they would post. But rather, they seemed to be real people that happened to be paid for posting this content. That's what i suspect. So if that's true, if this is an organized campaign that's paying people a post, is it working? Yes, i'm afraid it does work to some extent.
