I hated disco. I remember developing a taste for things that weren't mainstream. You just become more Catholic with your taste as your gold, because you appreciate it. And all that sort of middle of the road culture that you used to think, God, that's boring. It's what happens. When you're young, it's like, oh, okay, it's actually pretty good.
