How to Engage a Non Technical Cofounder

If you've got a non technical co founder, this is an amazing testing opportunity for you. You eventually have to learn how to start pouting your dead lines. I never got very good at this. Even to this day, i'm like a cant take me a week. So i've found that a litle bit of project management goes a long way when you're dealing with a nontechnical co founder. And even better, if they're good at project management, that's a great place to employ them as well.
