In Vedantic terms, transition from adharma to dharma. Prasantam means a deeper peace. The first level at which we lose our peace is when I'm disturbed about something in the world - especially my activities. If there's something that I have done or said or thought which goes against my standards, my morality, I feel disturbed as guilt and uneasiness. So the actions that I do are not only moral and ethical, but then I'm not looking for anything any worldly gain or pleasure from those actions.
