The new unit journal of medicine is waving the flag that these drugs don't help move the needle on. I think this does kind of put the ball in the core of the thiazide believers and there's a few of them here. Do you think about it in diabetic patients is like, I should do this anyway. Maybe they'll have their kidney stone risk? There is an ongoing trial at least looking at what are the metabolic effects of starting someone in SGLT two inhibitor on their kidney stone. Oh my god.
