Family Policy - The Positive, Transformative Idea

Most conservatives in washington tend to think of states spending on families as a remediabl policy. But family policy is the policy of turning states bending toward families, and measuring all government impact by their impact on families. Most families say they want one more child than they currently have. And for families and income brackets, that would benefit from family policy.
