Eat or We Both Starve by Victoria Kennefick

Victoria kennefick's debut collection, slightly mine, ar short listed for the coster and again for the t s eleate. i came out of it thinking, well, like all great poetry, what i got was the sense that i was somebody else. It took me the first reading to get my head round some of the reference points. And then, having got them, go back and and dig into themn again. What i am fascinated by is volumes of poetry that work as volumes in their own right. But if you're just sticking stuff ino to fill inside, too, it's probably not going to be a good book.
