Risk elimination is simply making i go away. Risk reversal is actually making go away, plus punishing and tantalizing the seller beyond the refund. Many marketers are very reluctant to do it. They're scared of it. And one way not to be scared of it is to be selling to really good, qualified prospects in the first place. The poorer the quality of the prospect, the more likely they are to abuse it.
