What's the Future of Customer Service?
I think in customer service and even beyond, did these models enable us to deal with natural language in a better way than we could before? I would say they're starting to get really good at like, hey, what's the meaning of that sentence. We are resolution bought on the machine learning tech that's already deployed. And so that that just as humans who communication who want to talk to each other in natural language, it's just so natural to us, that that's a big unlock.
