The World Mob Is Still Limiting Growth
In a mostly market economy there are still benefits to defying the world mob. The worst case outcome is you have a world mob that is so constraining of behavior that growth halts and growth even reverses. We're not there yet, we put a lot of areas of the nation just off the table where you're not allowed to innovate them Clearly we have a lot that you are allowed to innovate on and there's a lot of growth.
