I could imagine, for instance, a machine that runs an autimated heart operation that might actually be more responsive to subtle changes than the body as as the operation's going on. So you have this machine, a i, doing a heart operation on a very vulnerable person. We would put our trust in that if the machine does the job better than a surgeon,. it seems to me, what's the moral issu there? Good these machines, because they are learning machines, they don't have first principles that were given to them. Their first principles, so to speak, come from the data and come from experience.
