Elon Musk Reminds Twitter Employees About Remote Working Policy
Elon Musk sent an email to Twitter employees informing them that remote work would no longer be allowed. This comes at a time when the company is facing massive layoffs with thousands of employees losing their jobs since Musk took control in late October. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has been vocal about his disapproval of remote work, claiming that it tricked people into believing that they don't need to work hard. In May of last year, he told Tesla staff to return to the office full-time or seek new jobs elsewhere. Will this hard line approach to remote work alienate talented employees?
