How to Massage Your Own Tissues
The most effective way for most people is going to be like a massage ball, like a lacrosse ball. When you go to someone who's like really good at massage, you'll notice that they're able to work through superficial layers of tissue in order to get to the more underlying shit. And I also think kind of on that front voodoo flossing is really good for definitely, you know, and I've had a couple of elbow issues earlier this year,. He's got a couple of elbows things at the moment. It just allows you to train pain free and speed up recovery.
