Gartner predicts that by the end of 2024 on premises, NAS will be adopted by 15% of all enterprises up from less than 1% in 2021. Some companies are able to look at data and say, based on this data, you have a switch that's failing or an interface that's going bad. They can proactively alert you and let you know that this stuff is about to happen. That's what when I worked at a cloud provider, that's what we were working towards.
