Is America Hospitable to This Kind of Activism?
i would have assumed that, say, america would be particularly hospitable to this kind of activism because of its sort of political, philosophical structure. And i'll tell you, that's actually what really drew me to this concept of disability being a family that you can join. And you can join it at any point,. So how do you explain the delta between kind of the universal, kind of story telling, free wheeling promise of american theory, and the way it shakes out in practice?
