Product Management - The Value Equation

I want to talk about this value equation a little bit more with you, right? I have a perspective which some would argue is not the one that they would use. But that, in my mind, in my experience, that shifts towards the CPO role as well. So on an individual level, like individual contributors, individual PMs, they need to be laser focused on how do I deliver customer value? How do we monetize this? HowDo we deliver value to shareholders? Like, those things all matter too.
