As a child, Jeff's was described as a spoiled brat who constantly wet his pants. By the time he was eight, women and girls knew to tape newspapers over their windows when little Jeff came to visit Jesus. Some kids graduated still unable to write or even speak in complete sentences. The school itself had labor and delivery rooms ready to go when the girls were ready to give birth.
