How do you structure your data science team? How does that interact with these human traders? So, it's a great question and quite frankly, something that we have been evolving over time. One thing that we were very explicit about early on is there really should not be a separation between the data science team and the investment team. There needs to be very, very tight alignment and understanding of each other's work.
