How to Move Past Your Sleep Problems With Simply Being More Active

The more sedentary you are, the more at risk you are to have sleep problems and insomnia. This is a great way to potentially find for people to move past their sleep issues with simply just being more active. So fit bits on your wrist, how many steps are you taking increase it by a couple thousand and see what happens. It's fantastic study. I'm going to exclude tech, sleep tech from this talk, because I want to do an episode on that. There's a lot of great stuff about sleep tech. Next person want to highlight Wendy Troxel.
