The Administration of a Division
The unit and its administrative elements were separated. It was flavell's soldiers who had to perform these duties. Once in these camps, no one was allowed out. All communication with the outside world was cut off. Men were put on their honor; our security police checked up on everything that went on. Not one single case of breach of discipline occurred.
