The Importance of Quality in Strategies
Rufus: It's bizarre to me that I don't know, say somebody needs eye surgery, are you going to pick the cheapest eye surgeon? Rufus says he thinks there's a wide array of quality in the different strategies that are out there at a flat fee. But on average, the experience is going to be poor for some investors or allocators who buy into these schemes and end up getting very disappointed.
