The Survey Was Awesome for Quantitative Analysis

We believe that the survey was just much, much better than any tool. The way we thought about it was tools can maybe help us catch regressions when the metric is good enough. We kind of piggybacked on the company's HR survey to Glint. It lets us do all sorts of interesting things, like actually break down answers by org, by group, by tenure, by cohort.
