The Async API and the New Bundle

Bundle files that text returns a promise. So that one is actually async. But in the case when it is run synchronously, it does promise that resolve. The optimization there is that the operation doesn't go into the thread pool. It just does it right away. And then it puts it in the next tick of the event loop. That's awesome.
