Is It a Good Idea to Quit or to Transfer?

If he's being bullied, here's ho you deal f bullies, you fight back. You bully them back. If they say something insulting to you, you insult them worse. If it becomes physical, you fight and you hurt them,. And if you lose, you just try to hurt them every time. Those would be the three choices. But i can't make that decision for him, obviously. He has to decde that himself. Even if he stays though, he should fight back. Am, i don't really know what kind maybe in the commets. Tell me what kind of bullying?
