How to Get a Healthy Habit

I've been taking the green powder in the morning. It starts making you feeling, it gives you lots of energy. Mine would probably be two litres a day. I'm quite an extra-added introvert so find it hard to actually stick to my plans and go out with friends midweek. You just get up and turn your alarm off. That's crazy. If you just put your phone at the other side of your room, and it means then you also have to get up, to turn your alarmoff. What does it taste like? Because I really want to try it.
