The 49ers: Breaking Their Silence

I think it might have been somebody playing mischief who started the rumoured. Rowell was linked at some point, I think a bit more strongly. But he hasn't been mentioned in the dispatches really. It doesn't feel like a natural fit or something that would happen under these circumstances. The head coach will need to explain why they've gone for that choice and what it is about them in particular that meant they were right for the job.
