The Importance of Understanding the Full Stack
A lot of front end developers, like when you dive into a full stack curriculum, they're told that they're supposed to learn back end because it's going to make them more marketable. But I find that their front end skills just suck. And they haven't spent enough time with front end. So can it benefit you? Yes. Is that the most efficient way of landing your first job? Probably not. Just having some core competencies is a decent place to be.
