Field Notes - I'm a Little Like a Little Gem

Well, you know, i think the success of field notes and how ubiquitous they are within the design culture is a testament to two things. One is the design of them, that they're super simple and utilitarian, and there's a beauty at the bottom. Well, the other thing is your personal brand, and the designs are cool, and there’s a cool story to go along with that, and it makes for a great product. When did you know ou were on to something, that this, the airn droplin, the d d c brand, was something that people connected to or with? Was there a clear moment for you? I don't know. Im
