For a long time I would just chuck things into my second brain. These kind of mystery items were not useful because they hadn't been through the process of me personally deciding if it was relevant or not. So I started using a relater app and I use Instapaper for this as almost like, think of like a little waiting area, like a little reception room to your second brain.
