The Witch Hunt in Scotland
You say in the book that these witch hunts did not take place strangely in Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Why did those witch hunts not take place in those areas? And what does that say about those areas at that time? My sense is that, you know, for example, there is a difference in the case of Scotland where the witch hunt, you can see that the witch hunt take hold in that area. So I'm saying I do trace a connection between the witch hunt and the extent to which commercial relation had been able to take hold.
