One of the biggest areas of conflict, especially with my 13 year old son is getting him to go to bed at a decent time because he's got school the next day. What types of tips and advice could you offer parents in terms of getting kids to bed on time and getting better sleep hygiene for them? I think the first thing to do is just catch up really quick on this sort of basic element of awareness, right? Then you can look at your two children in a slightly different way and your wife and yourself and just go, look, if we'd have known this, there's probably some things in our everyday behavior that we could start to subtly change in a practical achievable way.
