M, i look at it is that i try to figure out what were people eating in this region a hundred years ago. A lot of things don't exist any more. Like aparts of palm was a very big thing in thi reason. And sad i'm like sort of obsessed with trying to find a farmer who will take the time to grow it. But i think it's one of those things where it was here, and then they just depleted the resources, so now they don't grow it here any more.
