Does It Matter if You Get High or You Get Higher?
In Michigan for example, the on time high school graduation rate for black boys is 64%. So, I just over one in three boys who are either not graduating really late that being held back it and does that matter. People say well men don't need as much education because there are plenty of decently paid jobs for men to do without education. That's historically true but much less true today and going to be much less true in the future.
